class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Castle Combe Heat 2024<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We had a briliant race at castle combe with Bluebird coming 4th and Purple Preditor coming 7th out of the 91 other for us and we were delighted to finish with a 3rd place trophy for Bluebird and a solid 4th for Purple Predator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team worked well on and off the track and this was the first race the Qualifing race (race 1) Purple was in 9th position and Bluebird was in 32nd place. This was mostly due to the fact that we had to start Blue 20 minutes late because of an unfortunate electrical problem at the start of race 1. Purple however did better than we expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Into race 2 and due to the Qualifier we were 32nd with Blue and 9th with Purple on the grid. Furthermore Bluebird made up the 26 places in the first lap and consequently Bluebird overtook Purple on the second lap and was then in 8th positon. After that there was an entertaining battle between Luca in Bluebird and Apex fighting for 7th position.
